It looks like the battle is turning in your favor, heroes. You've almost vanquished the sixth encounter in my Stretch Goal Dungeon! Soon, it will be time to reveal the FINAL ENCOUNTER!! I'll warn you now, it's a real beast.

Not only did you FIND my Stretch Goal Dungeon, you've also managed to defeat the first FOUR encounters!! So far you have unlocked:

Scenic Sawtooth. Bob Brinkman will create additional Sawtooth content (with a map) to be included in the Vault of the Murderworm book. Brett Hess will illustrate the map in his signature style, which will be in the book and also included in the digital map files and the Poster Map Pack add-on.

Purple Power! You beat this one so fast, we're adding TWO seta of extra cool Purple Dice to the Add-ons section (and as a selectable option in the Deluxe Package)!!  One of them is Maddening Darkness, which we also had in the last campaign and the other is something we're calling SLITHERBANE! (formerly known as Mind-Spike Dice... Thank you Impact Miniatures).  THESE DICE ARE NOW AVAILABLE AS ADD-ONS.

Is there an Elf in your party? Because you also discovered my SECRET DOOR which led to the small chamber where I kept Bob chained up. In exchange for his freedom, he has agreed to create a new magic item for the Slitherbane Purple Dice.

After so many battles, I imagine you pesky adventurers must be exhausted.  Good thing too... because if you beat the next encounter, I'll have to release the EXCLUSIVE UNBRANDED COVER of Vault of the Murderworm... and nobody wants that, riiiiight?

Gods forbid... if you beat that one, there's only one encounter left and you've beaten the entire dungeon... You will never, ever guess what lies in the final chamber. NEVER!!

P.S. Mrs Dungeon Lord and I had a great time at LCD Soundsystem. It was an amazing show and they killed it. It was also hotter than the lava pits beneath my dungeon. Pretty sure I lost 5 pounds just in sweat. Also I can barely walk today, because holy cow.

*raspy, sinister voice*
Wow you are some pesky, err... hardy adventurers! Not only did you sneak into my Stretch Goal Dungeon while I was at dinner, but you managed to vanquish the first and second encounters while I was sleeping. Clearly I'm not a very diligent Dungeon Lord, but what can you do? Let us see what you make of the next encounter... mwahahaa... (or as my friend Sherry used to say "moo haha").

*cough* ahem... ok, right. Just to recap:
First Goal: Scenic Sawtooth. More content from Bob, including an additional map.
Second Goal: Purple Power. I'm adding a cool set of purple dice* as one of the selectable dice options for the deluxe pledge level. Those dice will also be available as add-ons.

*I'm actually adding TWO sets of purple dice to choose from, and as add-ons. You'll see them soon. Just give me a couple days to get them added. (Mrs Dungeon Lord bought tickets to LCD Soundsystem for tonight.)

Upcoming Goal: More Art from Carlos! If you beat this encounter, I'll let our Art Minion out of his cell to do SIX more illustrations for both the standard and deluxe books.

Hi Everyone!

When I started writing this, we had just funded, but I didn't get a chance to finish the update before I had to leave for dinner. Imagine my surprise when I got back home to see that not only had we funded, but we were $26 from beating the first room in the Stretch Goal Dungeon!!

So I started to rewrite this update and while I was doing so, we actually completed the first room in the Stretch Goal Dungeon, and folks... it's a great one (they all are) that I think everyone will like.

$3000 - Scenic Sawtooth. Bob Brinkman will create additional Sawtooth content (with a map) to be included in the Vault of the Murderworm book. Now we head toward the next encounter...
